Raza Homes LLC is a real estate development company that focuses on providing homes for sale and for lease in South Philly (Point Breeze, Greys Ferry, Graduate Hospital) West Philly (Mantua, Mill Creek, Squirrel Hill, Walnut Hill, West Parkside) and North Philly (Brewerytown, Francisville, Port Richmond, Germantown). The company acquires distressed properties (vacant land, shells) to develop into homes. Raza Homes currently owns and operates close to 100 units and has renovated and sold many single family properties to the public.
